We had an awesome stay in a poolside room where the kids loved splashing around in the heated pool all day, and the buffet always had fresh and tasty options. Enjoyed some nice relaxation at the spa and took advantage of the beautiful garden area too. Just a heads up, we did notice some ants in the room, but it didn’t ruin our fun—definitely try out the all-inclusive deal!

Great pools for kids, but overcrowded during peak times made sunbathing tough.

I had an absolutely fantastic week! We loved the spacious premium apartment for our family, and the food was an amazing buffet – especially the fresh fish nights! The pools were a hit with the kids, and honestly, the whole complex kept us entertained each day. Definitely going back!

I recently enjoyed my stay at this family-friendly resort, and I was particularly impressed by the variety of pools that catered to both young children and adults alike. The heated pools were a blessing for my little ones, and the spacious premium apartment provided us with all the comforts we needed. However, I wish the entertainment areas had more seating options for evenings, as we often found it hard to find a spot to relax while enjoying the shows.

I loved the beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding the pools, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The adult-only pool offered a serene retreat, and the accessibility features made it easy for seniors to navigate the complex comfortably.

More seating options for entertainment areas would help.

The spacious Premium Apartment featured a nice kitchenette, perfect for quick snacks, and a large living area that was quite comfortable. Several well-maintained pools were scattered throughout the grounds, providing spots to cool off and relax between activities.

Cleaning left a lot to be desired. the apartment wasn't properly serviced during our stay, and I found ants crawling about on the last night. The dining area felt cramped and chaotic, definitely not conducive for a relaxed meal, with limited seating leading to long waits for a table. Plus, the main bar was often under-staffed, creating delays when trying to grab a drink—definitely not ideal when you're thirsty by the pool. Also, the absence of straightforward signage around the large complex made navigating a bit tricky, especially at night.
